Board Member Spotlight: Gin Duncan

Gin Duncan is a sales professional with a rich background in real estate, marketing, and sales management. She currently serves as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Marion Community Bank in Fairhope, as well as a REALTOR with Elite Gulf Coast. Additionally, Gin is the founder of Ginerocity Marketing Group, offering free digital marketing resources to non-profit animal rescue organizations.

Gin spent over 25 years in media sales with CBS Radio, as a National Sales Manager. Her extensive experience in the media industry has equipped her with exceptional skills in business development and relationship management.

Committed to her community, Gin serves as Secretary of the Board for the Eastern Shore Art Center, is a member of the Community Service Committee for Baldwin REALTORS®, and is the Providence Foundation chair for the Festival of Flowers annual raffle. She has previously volunteered with 100+ Women Who Care Tucson, Dusty Puddles Dachshund Rescue Lubbock, Animal Birth Control Clinic and the Christian Women’s Job Corps Waco.

Gin’s passion for helping others, combined with her professional expertise, makes her a valuable asset in every role she undertakes. She thrives on building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and making a positive impact in her community and beyond.
