The Perfect Recipe!

Mix together equal parts of a delightful personality, an infectious smile, a servant’s heart, a bright mind and love of the arts and you get the longtime valued ESAC volunteer -Terry Delker. After moving to Fairhope from Kentucky, it didn’t take Terry long to find ESAC. Her first volunteer experience was the 2000 Outdoor Art Show. She has been greeting visitors at the front desk and in the gift shop for over 20 years. Terry has always answered the call for help with special events such as First Friday Art Walks and the Outdoor Art Show. She even taught a yoga class in the Whiting Gallery!

Terry Delker

Terry says “It has been a joy greeting visitors, working events and taking a myriad of classes. ESAC has greatly enriched my life and I will always be a supportive member.” After more than 20 years as a volunteer, Terry is retiring to pursue other new interests. We will miss Terry’s smiling face and wonderful regular presence at ESAC but she has assured us that she will be back to help with special events. We are so grateful to Terry for her 20 plus years of valuable service to ESAC!

Art of the Bird

Mothers and daughters from the National Charity League of the Eastern Shore came to ESAC on Saturday, September 16th to volunteer for our “Art of the Bird” event. They organized and assisted event participants with painting colorful bird houses.

ESAC is very grateful for their help with this event and looks forward to their participation in other special events in the future!
