Description
You already carry an amazing camera in your pocket —now learn how to use it to capture the moments you care about. Bring your iPhone and I’ll show you the latest tips for shooting, editing, and keeping your photos organized so you never lose that perfect shot.
We’ll look at what you love taking pictures of — friends, pets, fashion, sports, nature, anything — and turn yourfavorites into a cool mini-movie using the classic Ken Burns effect.
And that’s not all… we’ll shoot a short movie during class and you’ll learn how to make your videos look unique, creative, and way more impressive than the average phone footage.
If you love taking pics (or want to get better at it), this class is seriously fun. Ready to level up your camera skills?
Class will cover:
shooting, editing, finding photos and videos, and making presentations and iMovies out of the photos.
- You will use your iPhone a lot so you may want to bring a power cord.
- Download the iMovie app
- Take about 20 photos and a few videos of something that interests you. Such as a sport, a hobby, or your dog. Or you can use photos you already have on your phone, such as photos from a trip or something else that interests you.

A $25 fee will be charged for all class refunds due to a withdrawal. Refunds will be given up to fourteen days prior to the FIRST DAY OF TERM CLASSES. Thereafter, no refunds will be given, unless the ESAC cancels the class.

Download the free app from Google called PhotoScan. The icon is a blue square with a round circle in it.
Refund Policy
A $75 fee will be charged for all workshop refunds due to a withdrawal. Refunds will be given up to one (1) month prior to the workshop start date. Thereafter, norefunds will be given, unless the ESAC cancels the workshop.
