The OUTDOOR ART SHOW is located on the grounds of the Eastern Shore Art Center and the surrounding downtown area of Fairhope, Alabama on Oak and Section Streets. it is directly next to the Fairhope Arts and Crafts Festival and within walking distance to Mobile Bay, many specialty shops and restaurants. This is a cultural and social highlight for the Gulf Coast and attracts more than 250,000 visitors!
The art show has included prestigious, international and regional fine artists for over 50 years. This year, Eastern Shore Art Center will accept an exclusive selection of renowned artists and cutting-edge newcomers to attract the most respected art dealers, collectors, interior designers and art enthusiasts.

Welcome to our 2026 festival Judges!
Dana-Marie Lemmer is the executive director and curator of the Wiregrass Museum of Art (WMA) in Dothan, AL, where she oversees the strategic vision, administration, and artistic direction of the organization. She specializes in building relationships between artists and institutions and works to build meaningful connections with the audience through diverse public programming. She has curated Alabama Reckoner, featuring the work of Douglas Pierre Baulos, and Synchronized Swimmers, a continuation of her work with artist Jenny Fine which also includes Flat Granny and Me: A Procession in My Mind and In Unison. She contributed to the publication Alabama Creates: 200 Years of Alabama Art and oversees WMA’s biennial exhibitions, featuring work from across the Southeast.
Lemmer is a published writer and has curated independent projects focusing on various professional interests including: the (under)representation of emerging and female artists; regionalism and contemporary practice in the South; developing interpretive strategies through technology; and creative placemaking as a catalyst in social and economic development.
Latasha Hyatt is a multidisciplinary artist, graphic designer, photographer, and community organizer. Her creative path began in her early 20s through graphic design. She grew up in Muncie, Indiana, where she learned to use design as a tool for storytelling and visual communication. In her early 30s, she expanded into screen printing. She trained inside a print shop environment, where she developed a strong foundation in process, repetition, and material discipline. She later relocated to the South, where her work became more community rooted.
Latasha is a co-founder of the Community Arts Collective Artfolk. The collective focuses on access, visibility, and opportunity for BIPOC artists across the Southern region. Her practice moves across design, photography, and screen printing, often grounded in surrealism. She uses surreal imagery to examine identity, memory, and transformation. Photography plays a central role in her work. She documents people and places within her community to preserve memory, reflect resilience, and invite conversation. Her images function as both record and response.
Her work continues to move toward long form storytelling through art and photography. She is developing a stronger visual language informed by surrealism and Afrofuturism. Her interest lies in building future facing narratives rooted in ancestry, imagination, and possibility.

Directions
- From Interstate 10, take Exit 35 and head south on US Highway 98 for approximately 10 miles.
- At the intersection of US Highway 98/Greeno Road and Fairhope Avenue, turn right and head west into Downtown Fairhope, approximately one mile.
- The festival is located on the streets of Downtown Fairhope.
Parking
Parking is limited in the downtown area and available on a first come, first serve basis.
Please watch for “NO PARKING” signs during the festival and DO NOT block driveways. The City and Festival Committees make every effort not to tow vehicles, but it may be necessary if a driveway or residence is blocked or if your vehicle interferes with the festival activities. In the event your car is towed during the festival, please call Tony’s Towing Services at 251-928-7324.
Downtown Parking
- At the Fairhope East Elementary School (Sat and Sun only)
- In the Arts Alley public parking garage off North Church Street.
- At the Municipal parking lot off Church Street
- At the First Baptist Church of Fairhope, St. Lawrence Church and the Fairhope United Methodist Church on South Section Street except during church services.
Handicap Parking
- On Bancroft behind Julwin’s restaurant.
Golf Cart Parking
Parking for Golf Carts will be available at the Coastal Alabama Community College on Bancroft at the west side of the Halstead Amphitheater in the green space at the intersection of Morphy and Bancroft.
Bicycle Valet
Ride your bike downtown to the Bike Valet Station in the front of the Fairhope Public Library, 501 Section Street.

Hot Wheels Skate Center will be providing a shuttle service during the ESAC Outdoor Art Show! Shuttles will run Friday, Saturday and Sunday 10am-5:30pm.
The cost is $5.00 for a round trip ride. Look for signs for the designated parking area and shuttle pickup/drop off.

The shuttle stop at the festival will be at the Bancroft/Johnson Street intersection across from the Coastal Alabama Community College campus.

If you’re parked in the Central Business District, call 251-850-6348 during festival hours for a ride to your Downtown destination.
Please be aware this Golf Cart Shuttle has limited seating and waiting times during festival hours might be longer than normal.
