This beginner-friendly workshop introduces participants to the expressive world of encaustic painting. Students will learn the basics of working with melted beeswax and pigments, then experiment with techniques such as layering, scraping, and embedding materials. Through playful exploration and collage-based projects—where wax replaces traditional glue—participants will create richly textured surfaces and discover the freedom and versatility of this ancient medium. No prior experience is needed.
