Workshop Fee includes 1 stone and silver for first project.

PREREQUISITE- STUDENTS ATTENDING SILVER II MUST HAVE ATTENDED TWO BEGINNING SILVERSMITHING COURSES. Please visit our workshops page to register for “Beginning Silversmithing”
In this class students will learn how to safely use a hand torch and flex shaft.
The class is for those who are comfortable with the fundamentals of metal working techniques and would like to go beyond the basics.  Students can expect to learn open back pendants, sweat soldering embellishments onto pendants/earrings.
Various styles of rings, tube setting and alternative bail types will also be taught.  Students will be encouraged to utilize skills to work pieces of their own design with approval and hands on instruction.
Workshop fee covers solder, saw blades, 3M polishing wheels, patinas, and etc.  I will provide
all tools needed.  Optivisors are helpful, and closed toe shoes are necessary.  Long hair
should be worn back.  This will be a fun stress free class where students can utilize
advanced techniques to produce unique pieces of their own designs. Feel free to contact
