Join professional artist Cat Pope for this two-day deep dive into atmospheric effects in the landscape. Using color, value and form, students will create paintings with mood and perceived ambience. Special emphasis will be placed on weather effects, time of day, and finishing details. Students of all levels are welcome, but a basic knowledge of oil painting will be greatly helpful. Cat will be demonstrating in oil, but students may choose acrylics as well.
