ESAC is excited to partner with Amp Up Arts to provide a professional development series for ESAC artist educators. We are inviting you to participate in a two day intensive seminar that will cover the following:
- Classroom Management
- Assessment
- Curriculum Development
- Grant Opportunities
- Access to ASCA Grant Portal
- How to obtain Stars ID number (for grant writing purposes)
This 2-Day workshop is for those individuals with no formal instruction or experience with classroom management.
This is a great way for art educators to enter the Public School system!

Amp Up Arts and [organization] invite you to a free two-day workshop on developing your skills as a teaching artist. Artists will sharpen their education skills in the fundamentals of teaching, standards, lesson planning, and assessments.
The second day will include putting learning into practice and reviewing available grants, including how to create an account with the Alabama State Council on the Arts and complete grant applications.
