DESCRIPTION:To participate: Must be Artist Level Member (or above) May submit only one piece per change-out. Artwork should not exceed 30″ in any direction for display. Works MUST be framed or gallery wrapped\, wired and ready for hanging. Artwork will not be accepted if it has been previously displayed in the Art Center’s Members’ Gallery. Artwork must have been created within the last 2 years. \nIf the artwork is sold during this period\, ESAC will notify the artist and it may be replaced with a new piece! ESAC retains a 30% commission on sold work. Unsold work must be picked up on the day of change out. Participants will incur a $3/day storage fee for any pieces that remain by closing on the Wednesday following change out. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nArtwork MUST be submitted on the date of take in.  Once the show has been hung\, late entries will not be accepted.  Due to limited space\, we will accept art on a first come basis. \nArtwork will be accepted from 9am – 2pm on the following change-out date: \nDecember 19\, 2025 \n** First come\, first served! DESCRIPTION:We will not be displaying work in the Members’ Sales Gallery during the months of July-August 2025 due to an upcoming construction project within the foyer/Gift Shop. Construction will begin at the end of June\, so we ask that all currently participating artists pick up their work on the following date. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPick-Up Only: June 13\, 2025 between 9am-2pm \n\nWe hope to resume our normal schedule with the next drop-off on August 29th (Display: Sept-Oct). SUMMARY:Members’ Sales Gallery Change-out
DESCRIPTION:To participate: Must be Artist Level Member (or above) May submit only one piece per change-out. Artwork should not exceed 30″ in any direction for display. Works MUST be framed or gallery wrapped\, wired and ready for hanging. Artwork will not be accepted if it has been previously displayed in the Art Center’s Members’ Gallery. Artwork must have been created within the last 2 years. \nIf the artwork is sold during this period\, ESAC will notify the artist and it may be replaced with a new piece! ESAC retains a 30% commission on sold work. Unsold work must be picked up on the day of change out. Participants will incur a $3/day storage fee for any pieces that remain by closing on the Wednesday following change out. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nArtwork MUST be submitted on the date of take in.  Once the show has been hung\, late entries will not be accepted.  Due to limited space\, we will accept art on a first come basis. \nArtwork will be accepted from 9am – 2pm on the following change-out date: \nFebruary 28\, 2025 \n** First come\, first served! We only have enough room for 50 pieces.

DESCRIPTION:In recognition of Black History Month\, curator Soynika Edwards-Bush has invited African American artists from the Mobile area to participate in this impactful exhibit on display through February 28\, 2025. \n  \nJoin us for a gallery talk with the exhibiting artists!\nSat\, Feb 8 @ 10am\nFree admission. Open to the public.\nLight refreshments served. \n  \n—— \nFrom the Curator: \n“Assembling these artists wasn’t a hard task\, knowing that we are all different creatives\, but we are all connected by our passion our craft. We are artists and come from creatives who had to endure\, and we celebrate those who came before us. This group shows different avenues\, on how we express lived experiences\, history\, our environment\, culture\, and what we have deep within. \nThis exhibit celebrates the beauty of where we come from\, exploring the deep history and cultural significance of a land that remains a source of strength and resilience.
