The Eastern Shore Art Association is currently seeking a new Executive Director, following the recent announcement of Kate Fisher’s retirement, effective September 30, 2017. As the organization’s management leader, the Executive Director is directly responsible for the administration, fundraising, and strategic plan of the organization. The Executive Director also ensures that all aspects of ESAA’s mission—education, exhibitions and outreach activities—are fulfilled, and oversees the marketing and daily operations of the organization.
