This annual exhibit showcases various work from the Artist Level members of the Eastern Shore Art Association. Artist Members were able to submit 3 original works done in any media. This year, we had over 160 entries with only 80 submissions accepted!

The Week before the Juried Show: Tables, chairs, supplies and more are organized by ESAC staff and volunteers in the Whiting Gallery. Ready to take in art!
Monday, February 26th:Volunteers are stationed throughout the Art Center to accept work. Participating artists drop off work between 9am-2pm. Entries overflow into the Courtyard and Bischoff galleries! This year’s judge, Mary Elizabeth Kimbrough, and assistant come in promptly at 2:30pm.
Tuesday, February 27th:A volunteer contacts all artists on whether artwork is accepted or juried out. Artists start picking up pieces that were not accepted. ESAC staff post a selection of accepted work on the website, social media and in our weekly e-newsletter for Art Walk promotions.
Wednesday, February 28th:The hanging committee arrives! 80 pieces are hung in the Whiting Bischoff galleries.
Thursday, March 1st:ESAC staff and volunteers create and hang labels with each piece. Ribbons are picked up and checks are cut for award winners!
Friday, March 2nd:Showtime! Preparations are made for Art Walk including icing down refreshments, setting up the bar, catering, etc. Art Walk begins and awards are announced!!
